Previously, researchers thought overweight with healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels were less likely to suffer heart attack or stroke than those in the higher levels. Recent study shows: obese individuals in there 40’ & 50’s were 43% more likely to die from heart attach in old age than those who maintained normal weight.
