Tips For Home Buyers

Get Prequalified:  Doing this will make your life easier. Talk with a lender and determine what price range you can afford.

Get a Home Inspection:  This may alert you to problems that are not noticed visually and may save you money.

Contact a Realtor:  Searches for houses through ads or the internet are great, but a Realtor has up-to-date information that can be unavailable to the general public.

Choose a Realtor who is Committed to Forming a Strong Business Relationship with You:  Choose a Realtor that is dedicated to serving your needs-before, during and after the sale.

Consider Long-Term Needs:  Will the home suit your needs in 3-5 years from now?

Purchase Adequate Insurance:  An insurance agent can answer many questions that you may have.

Buy a Home Protection Plan: This is essentially a mini insurance policy that lasts one year from closing.

These are just a few tips that are nice to know before hand. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions or need a Realtor!
