Family and Community

Family, friends, faith and community are very important in my life. Balance is critical and with our busy lifestyles and culture, it can be challenging to create personal time. My husband, Jerry and I are recognized as "The Boyd Team" and offer over 50 years of combined Real Estate experience to our clients. Jerry is also licensed in Arizona. We enjoy golf, outdoor activities and relaxation at many beautiful area lakes and mountains. We are members of Manito Country Club and The Spokane Club. We support the Mark Rypien Children's Foundation, Meals on Wheels, Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Spokane Guild School and many other charitable organizations. Spokane offers great shopping from "tucked away" boutiques to downtown Riverpark Square to Northtown and Valley malls. "Organic" and "Green Environment" is encouraged but not over-emphasized. Arts, entertainment and sports are diverse and very enjoyable.

Why should you live in Spokane?

I moved to Spokane from Western Washington in 2000 and I see this community from a new and different perspective in understanding a Buyers first impression of Spokane and the questions that they commonly ask. I have watched this beautiful city grow in many directions and have been very impressed with the strong support of our schools, community, economic development and environment. This is a wonderful city to raise a family, be an entrepreneur, retire or just call home. Spokane has consistently rated as one of the top cities in the nation to live, work and play.
