A resident of Spokane by choice rather than chance. After an early career in the US Infantry and later in sales and marketing for Hallmark Cards and Campbell Soup Co., Howard has spent the last 25 years serving the real estate needs of Spokane.

Raised in the South and a transplanted Hoosier, Howard is a graduate of Indiana University. He knows and has experienced all the trauma of relocation. East to West he lived in 12 states - went to five high schools in four years - knows your kids problems and concerns too!

Initially a Broker Owner, Howard gave that up to pursue a career as a working broker, doing what he loves and loving what he does. Active in civic, church and business affairs, Howard is currently a member of the Spokane Economic Development Council, Chamber of Commerce, Spokane Central Lions Club, The Spokane Club and St. John`s Episcopal Cathedral. He is a past president of Spokane Sales and Marketing Executives, past vice president of Spokane Lilac Association, Spokane Central Lions Club and has held positions of leadership in The Episcopal Diocese of Spokane. Currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Spokane Association of Realtors. He has also been honored as Sales Associate of the Year.

Howard enjoys swimming, snorkeling, is an ex-runner - bad knees - and always, a body builder. Howard stays abreast of the unfolding real estate industry.
