Ted is a native of Spokane, a graduate of Ferris High School and Washington State University. Before entering the real estate industry, he spent ten years in outside sales. Right out of college he spent two years in the wine and beer distribution business then spent the last 8 years as a senior account executive in the outdoor advertising industry. He has a tremendous knowledge of the market and countless relationships, which is his number one focus.

Customer service is everything. In the years that Ted has been in sales, his successful track record comes from his commitment to his clients. Referals and repeat business come from doing the job right the first time. Exceeding your expectations is more important that simply meeting your expectations. Ted is the youngest of seven children. His mother is the oldest of eight which makes family gatherings, major events. He grew up in a military family and learned the importance of hard work and integrity. He worked his way through college as a waiter, ski instructor and a high school wrestling referee. It has always been important to him to stay focused and to work hard.
