Her service includes discussing the buyer's needs and desires, searching and taking the buyers to different properties, negotiating the best price, writing the contract for the buyer's benefit, working closely with lender and escrow agent, coordination of the appraisal, inspections, reviewing the closing statement, scheduling the final walk-thru and attending the closing day with the buyers.
Kathy provides her sellers a market analysis of their home comparing both sold properties and properties currently on the market in their neighborhood. She listens to her sellers needs and gives the sellers her professional opinion for the selling price but will always let the seller decide the listing price. She will take photos of the seller's home and then use a variety of marketing techinques including creating a photo tour using the latest marketing internet tools to expose the seller's property to the widest range of qualified buyers.
Kathy has lived in the Evergreen state for 19 years and in the Spokane area for 12 years. She has been married to her husband for 29 years and has two grown children. During the course of their family, they bought and sold an array of properties. She and her husband established and ran a successful manufacturing business which they sold before their move to the Spokane area. She loves nature, animals, lakes, streams, mountains, and trees, which is why she calls Spokane one of the last treasure gems.
