A resident of Spokane by choice rather than chance. After an early career in the U.S. Infantry and later in sales and sales management with Hallmark Cards and Campbell Soup Co., Howard has spent the last 25+ years serving the real estate needs of Spokane.

Raised in the South and a transplanted Hoosier, Howard is a graduate of Indiana University. Having been a "corporate brat", Howard knows and has experienced your trauma at relocation. East to West and North to South, he has lived in 12 states, gone to 4 different high schools in 4 years...he knows your kids problems and concerns.

Real Estate is Not a Second Career, It`s the Only Career!

Initially a Broker Owner, Howard gave that up to pursue a career as a Selling Broker - doing what he loves and loving what he does. Active in civic, church and business affairs, Howard is currently a member of Spokane Central Lions Club, The Spokane Club, St. John's Episcopal Cathedral and a volunteer at Spokane C.O.P. Shops. Howard has held positions of leadership in the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane, Spokane Assoc. of Realtors, past President of Spokane Central Lions and VP of the Spokane Lilac Assoc. He has also been honored as Spokane Real Estate Sales Associate of the Year.

Howard enjoys swimming, snorkeling, is an ex-runner - bad knees - and all kinds of physical activity. Howard stays abreast of the unfolding real estate industry.
